Following a distinguished career spanning more than a decade in the banking industry and years of dedicated social service, our founder, Abu Mokeram Khondaker, recognized a growing need for a professional consultancy capable of simplifying complex property matters. He envisioned an organization that would serve as a trusted partner for banks, businesses, and individual property owners by providing dependable, transparent, and end to end professional support.
Driven by this vision, AMK Associates commenced its journey in 2013 as a proprietorship firm, delivering specialized consultancy services with a strong emphasis on integrity, accountability, accuracy, and timely execution. As client confidence grew and service demands expanded, the organization was incorporated as AMK Associates Limited, a Private Limited Company, on 29 April 2015, marking a significant milestone in its evolution.
Today, the organization has evolved into AMK Advisory Limited, a multidisciplinary consultancy that brings together operational expertise, technical excellence, and legal proficiency under one roof. Our integrated approach enables clients to manage every stage of the property lifecycle through a single, trusted partner.
To convert AMK’s vision into reality an experienced management team joined AMK Advisory Limited in 2024. These professionals joined AMK because they share a common belief that Bangladesh needs a multidisciplinary consultancy firm that can provide “One-Stop” property solution to clients with accountability, accuracy and integrity under one roof. Their collective knowledge continues to strengthen the organization’s strategic direction, governance, operational excellence, and quality standards.
