Verify the Deed (Dalil) — we check the registered sale deed carefully, specially Registration number, Date of registration, Seller & buyer details, Land description (dag number, khatian number, mouza) & cross-check at the Sub-Registrar Office under Directorate of Registration Bangladesh
Check Mutation (Namjari) Certificate & verify it at the local AC (Land) office
Confirm Land Tax (Khajna) Payment
Match Dag & Mouza Map to verify land location with official maps
